Kuumuta potis vahukoor, lahtiklopitud munad, hapukoor, suhkur ja ricotta keemiseni. Lisa hakitud šokolaad, mandlid ja pestud rosinad. Sega, kuni šokolaad on sulanud. Kalla pashavormi, või marliga vooderdatud sõelale ja lase ööpäev nõrguda. Kaunista mandlite ja rosinatega.
